With an output of several hundred meters per week, we utilise multiple machines that can make various designs and patterns of pleats. Additionally, we can create your desired patterns manually.
SMOCKING, TUCKS, ULTRASONIC PATTERNS
Pin Tucks, Shirring and Smocks are some of our most common services that can be completed fast. Our Shirring and Smock machines range from 12 to 65 needles that can produce various patterns. Customised ultrasonic roller patterns can be made to order as well.
SHOULDER PADS, NOVELTIES
We can produce fabric flowers of several designs manually. These flowers are made to order for weddings, dresses, hats and general home decor. We can also make shoulder pads and clothes hanger made of foam which are cut and customised in-house.
