ABOUT
Operating for over three decades, we primarily service and support the garment industry with pleats, smocks, tucks (opnaisel) and more. We started out with manual pleating by traditional means. Based in Jakarta, we are a home-industry that grew little by little to accommodate demand and clients’ specific requests.
We can work on individual fabric or by the yards, and supply our services to designers, dressmakers, fashion colleges, costumers, milliners, factories (domestic and export), etc.

Currently, we provide the following various services:
Pleats
Pleating is a fold and heat process without the involvement of chemicals. As such, how permanent can the pleating be depends largely on the fabric – the more polyester the better. A 100% cotton fabric cannot be pleated permanently.
We have many years of experience in creating various patterns ranging from Box, Knife, Crinkle, Lidi, Sunray/Umbrella, Accordion, Tree Bark, Hand Crush and more. We can do various designs by our specific pleating machines, or do them manually. Further details and pricing can be made upon request.
Smocking, Shirring, Tucking, Opnaisel, Ultrasonic Roller Patterns
Tucking, various shirring elastic & stationery smocking, opnaisel, ultrasonic roller patterns are also available.
Shoulder Padding and Foam Hanger
Made to order shoulder padding to specific measurements, and foam padding to make your clothes hanger more exclusive.
Novelties
Hand made fabric flowers of various sizes and designs. Padded accessories for hair, brooch etc.
